Here's more about Bamboosa in the words of Mindy Johnson, partner at the M Group, dba Bamboosa...we asked for her perspective on the new "Green" trend made popular by brands such as Edun and Loomstate, and to tell us a little more about Bamboosa:

"I don't think I'm knowledgeable enough on the subject of the "green trend" to comment on it, but I was very pleased to see the cover of Vanity Fair last month and read the article on this push by consumers. I don't see it as much as a trend, but an awareness by consumers that is causing them to question additives, chemical infusion, sweatshop labor and outsourcing.

As for our success at Bamboosa ... well, we're growing slowly and we have had a wonderful response during our first year in business. We are especially pleased with the support extended to us for being American Made. Our BamboosaBaby products have been incredibly popular and it gives us a great feeling to know that consumers are choosing a product like ours to send as gifts to new babies - a gift that is not only incredibly soft, but also chemical free and eco-friendly. As for our adult products, the women's slip sleeps and v-necks are the best sellers and we're very excited to be offering new colors and styles on the site in the next two to three weeks."
